My name is Jacque, and this is my weigh loss blog.
In September 2013, I had gone to the doctors because I was having trouble losing weight. I was working out hard! But in a month of boot camp style workouts and eating right, I had only lost 1.5 pounds and gained an inch on my measurements. I was miserable and extremely disappointed in myself. I was just under 230 pounds.
My doctor wanted to start me on Phentermine to help “kick start” my weight loss, but had to do some blood work before he could do that. So, that’s what we did!
When my blood test results came back, it was shocking to say the least.
I was prediabetic and I had to do something!
Thus, I started my way to Atkins.
And this is my journey.

4th goal – 75 pounds (149) Reward – Buy 2 awesome dress patterns & fabric to make them Achieved
